? FSH/Estradiol - sorry long

I'm 41 and have just begun really thinking about trying to have a baby. Not that I've put off babymaking, it's just that I didn't meet a worthy father until a couple of years ago. And now we're ready. After my last gyn visit, blood work revealed a possible thyroid problem, so I was referred to an endocrinologist. More blood work was done, which included FSH/Estradiol. I knew enough about FSH/Estradiol to zero in on that when we were going over the results (thyroid was normal, btw) and she told me I was like a 25 year-old in that respect and shouldn't have any problem conceiving. It wasn't until I got home and did a little more research that I discovered to get accurate readings, the test should be done on day 3 of your cycle. My bloodwork was done on day 10. (FSH was 7.1, Estradiol was 91). My question is should I even think about that first test? I'm worried about the high Estradiol level. Like I said, I'm just starting all of this and maybe I just want to "vent" a little.

Lara I've never seen #'s for day 10 testing though I do have one friend who's doctor did day 3 and day 10 testing.
