Yes, I have LOTS of experience with injectibles and actually got pregnant at age 46 using injectibles. They are very expensive though so you want to make sure you ONLY do them on good cycles where your FSH is low and your E2 is normal on CD3. There are a variety of different brands of injectibles but they all work in roughly the same way. I used Gonal-F and was taking 4 vials/day. The amount you take will depend upon your response and you should be closely monitored with blood tests and ultra sounds. How was your response on clomid?
