Long Luteal Phases and Vitex

Anyone else had that issue if you used vitex? With normal amount of vitex (actually less than recommended dosage) my luteal phases range from 16-18 days. My acu says she's never seen this before and while my chart looks perfect this is just out of the norm. She told me to stop using it but it has made me ovulate on day 14 which is a first ever since I am used to O'ing on days 17-19.
Am a bit scared to stop taking it thinking I won't O and have those good progest levels that I think I do using it.

Vitex didn't work for me. I think it made really long cycles.... didn't like the way it made me feel either.
I would say if you are temping and see a clear temp shift, then don't mess with some of this stuff.

I have read many comments about Vitex that if you have regular cycles and 'O' on your own, you should not take it as it can mess with your cycles.
