Hi Everyone,

Well, last night I miscarried. Confirmed by Dr. appt today. Good news I guess is that I don't need a procedure or anything and can try right away after next period. I was disappointed since I was so excited to be pg again, particularly so soon after baby Alex (we would love our kids to be close in age).

But, assuming I get another period and hubby and I agree, we will try again as soon as we can. Our excitement confirms we do want a sibling for baby Alex. Brother would be excellent.

Any advice for miscarriage prevention? Baby aspirin? Or is that for something else?

(((( Lisa )))) I'm really sorry.... It is really heartbreaking news to hear, I expect that is what I will be hearing @ my appt tomorrow :(.

Good news that you and Dh are on the same page about jumping right back in, I hope it happens quickly for you and you will be adding a playmate for Alex soon....

Rest and take care of yourself.

Hi Lisa. I am sorry to hear this. I don't have any advice but, it is hard to prevent m/c if you don't know the cause -- and over 40 it is more common. One m/c is actually more common than we think. I think just take good care of yourself as you have been doing. GL on the next cycle.

Hugs.

I'm so sorry for your loss Lisa.

I read something about miscarriage prevention, but don't know if it works or not. Please discuss anything with your Dr before trying. Glad your optimistic. Take care of yourself and get some rest.

Oh Lisa I am so sorry to hear this. It just breaks my heart. I just m/c'd again but it was SO early they would only have called it a chemical pregnancy, not as difficult as what you are going through. I hope you get another bfp very soon, with a very sticky bean. ((((((Hugs))))))
