No way 2 know 4 sure you O'd w/o tests?

I just literally realized that even though I have CM every cycle it never gets egg-white consistency. And now I've just read that OPKs are only an indicator also - you could have a surge and it still might mean you didn't ovulate.

So do I have this right? That all these things we look for are just indicators but none are conclusive?

No, it's too early for a beta if they are just doing the progesterone.

You are correct and you can ovulate a follicle that contains no egg.
