I had a really important test result at one point and they also held it hostage. At one point in the day of waiting for their call, I had to go use the restroom. I gave the cell phone to my husband and told him under no circumstances was he to let them hang up if they called without giving us the test result. Guess what? They called in that 2 minute slot. "thanks, ok, bye.." "what was the test result?" "they wouldn't say.." AAAAHHHH
So, I feel your pain!

Hey...plain and simple, peoplke should do what they say they are going to do -- especially professionals. It's difficult enough w/o playing this game. if they had said "Tuesday" in the first place, you would be fine with that...but they are being dishonest and flaky. So yeah -- smack them for me too.
Anyway, Terri, I hope that when you DO get the results, they are good.
