I can not believe the year is coming to an end soon. Wow, where has time gone? It only seems to drag by after ovulation. Share symptoms, test results and vent frustrations. Sending sticky baby vibes and baby dust to all.

Hi everyone! I'm still here- well I'm back after a chaotic Thanksgiving week. Details on that later.  Ava, so sorry AF showed. I had my hopes up that you were going to have a great cycle with the progesterone. Hoping it was a great boost for this cycle though and you get that little extra Christmas gift. Krista, wow, glad your cycle didn't waste any time getting back to normal. Got my fingers crossed for you this time too!  Bonnie, can't wait to hear about the home study- hope you are well.

AFM- FF says I O'd 3 days ago but I don't think so. If I did O it was just yesterday or last night. Really just hoping for a miracle at this point but trying to enjoy everyday for the blessings I already have.

Hugs to all my friends here. I hope we can get some of the others back and make this a busy place to chat and share.

Hi Vickie, Bonnie, Sharon, Ava and any other 2WWers:) Ava, Sorry to hear that you are out for this cycle, but that just means that you might get an extra special Christmas present under the tree! Two of my boys were "announced" with pregnancy tests in DH's stocking and a "Big Brother to be" shirt in my youngest's pile of presents:) Huge shock both times! Priceless memories:):) How is this cycle shaping up without the progesterone? Your OB/Gyn appt is pretty soon, isn't it? Can't wait to hear what helpful information they have for you! Vickie, how are you doing? Bonnie, any updates on the home study? Sharon, I hadn't ever heard of reiki. It sounds interesting! Thanks for mentioning it:) AFM, I am back in the 2WW. How wierd to look back and see my posts about being pregnant this month...and to be here again! Our timing was right, we'll just have to see if November is as fertile for me as December has been in the past;) I am 2 dpo right now, CD14. My schedule has kicked into high gear with Thanksgiving, my oldest son's birthday and Christmas all within a month. It seems like the schools try to cram so much in that I am up helping most of the week--I love it, but I think my husband is not as happy with the state of the house since I am rarely home to clean it! LOL! We just got a new washer and dryer delivered today. Hooray! I've been without a dryer for almost a month!!! Can't wait to get started washing clothes....but first I have to figure out how to work with all the new buttons:) Well, off to make monkey bread. It is a birthday morning tradition:) Hope everyone has a great day! Krista

Happy Thanksgiving Krista. "We just finished up Thanksgiving dinner and I feel 4 months pregnant LOL!"  You're so funny, I've done the same thing myself many a time.

AFM Im at 13dpo, still haven't tested but maybe wont need to because I spotted a bit this morning and AF is due  in about 2 days. Istayed on the progesterone until the spotting started this morning.  The spotting has stopped and my temp was still up this morning, but I haven't been too positive about this cycle, despite the long awaited O actually occurring! so trying (really trying) not to expect anything.  On the bright side, my obgyn appt, long awaited is soon and I have also bought some OPK's to try, Where's the line, there's the line, Is that a line?? I expect that will be me trying to work out how to use them next cycle!!lol

Actually feeling fairly good considering, and like you said a few posts ago, all the progesterone this cycle has probably set me up for a normal length cycle next month.

Now enough about me....how is the turkey baby preparation going?  How is everything going for you?  Its such a busy time of year with all the finishing up activities and the christmas celebrations, its sort of a good time of year to be ttcing, except I still am finding time to just dwell upon my chart (am I strange!!)

Hope the rest of your thanksgiving celebrations go well for you and your family.

I feel like we are the only ones in here...here.....here.....(echoing)

hoping for lots of babydust and bfps over the festive season.

Hi Krista, ff suggests 18 dpo as a guide as my cycle has been chaotic over the last couple of months, eg 28, 28, 30, 32, 47, and this one.  ff suggested putting in an average of my last three cycles as my cycle length, so I did and once the cross hairs appeared the little tester came up, all the tutorials say as it is impossible to pick even remotelythe length of my post luteal phase that they recommend 18dpo before testing.  And Kristy, I am actually really a bit OCD on following rules like this one, in case of the jinxing myself factor.  Strange really because I am really impulsive in other areas of my life! (now I feel weird, Im seriously not!!lol).  I am actually really wanting to test on 12dpo as even now ff quotes a success factor of 48% of those who test at 11dpo getting an accurate result.  So by the skin on my fingertips Im trying to hang on and see if I can at least get past 12dpo and a bit closer to the 18dpo date. I haven't bought any tests atm so as not to tempt myself.  I also haven't any symptoms or signs in sight,.

The good news is the temp didn't drop not sure if it is actually good news, but it seems to be better than a dip!!

Got Wed off work so having a play day with ds!!  i hope you have a lovely day, sorry this post turned into my chart essay.

Hopefully mine and your cycle will be regular this month.

fx and babydust for both of us.  Also best wishes for ds13's birthday, Im sure he'll have the bestest time!

Hi AvaSmile Yes, all four boys do gymnastics.  This is their first year for competing and it really is a lot for them to remember all the different routines!  My two oldest are level 5 and two youngest are level 4.   They were all very happy with the meet and all the relatives love getting youtube clips of the different events:)

Yea for rising temps!  Your dip is right where mine was when I got pregnant with one of my boys.  FX for you!  Why does FF say to wait until 18dpo to test?  You are amazing if you hold out that long!  For me, I've gotten a positive HPT on 12 dpo for all my pregnancies using First Response Early Result, but I was also very sure about when I ovulated.  I've never used another brand--I guess I got a little superstitious after getting my first + with itWink  I'll be thinking positive, positive, positive thoughts for you!!

hi Krista, aaaw13, so big!!(yet so little!).  Both my boys have done gymnastics too, my 20yr old ds did for a few years only up to level 6, but decided to move into soccer as he preferred ball sports.  But he still thanks me to this day for the physique the gym gave him, the light footedness and the spatial awareness.  my 5 yr old ds is just starting and has moved into a little boys squad, they are so cute.  Do all of your boys do gymnastics?  I was so imagining your little one with the comp protocols (its a lot for them to remember) and saluting the judges, we call that "presenting" over here, and when they are little its as if their arms are only a little bit longer than their heads when they put them up.  they do look really cute.  I hope they had fun and were happy with their results in their comp.

AFM I am CD10, the temp went back up above the coverline, so thats good news, but Im scared to get even "happy" about it.  and it is still a long way from cd18!! my testing day.  I had no idea I had a superstitious nature, but I'm trying to not test until ff says to.  Im such a rule abider by.  I feel if I test to early I will jinx it.  Even though I know it has nothing to do with the actual outcome in the end.  I have had some nausea with the progesterone, but seem to be able to manage it by taking it with food (so nice for the waistline...NOT!).  I was going to stop tomorrow if my temps stayed down, but now it has gone up, I will continue taking it.  Looking forward to getting to my obgyn on dec 5 to really understand what the progesterone does.

So glad your feeling better.

Thanks so much for your hugs and well wishes, Ava.  I really appreciate them!  I am feeling better.  We have been so busy this week and weekend with the boys that it has helped to ease my sadness greatly.  My oldest son turns 13 on the 28th so we are busy planning his party and all the boys competed in their first gymnastics competetion today--quite fun watching all their practicing pay offSmile  My youngest son (6) was so cute as he tried to figure out all the protocol necessary for meets, such as standing still while waiting for each event to start, saluting the judges, etc.

If your temp goes back up tomorrow, maybe it was an implantation dip?  I think I remember those on a couple of pregnancies, although I think mine were only one day.  Hopefully the progesterone will do its job in helping with this cycle, or definitely in making the next one a regular cycle!  Have you noticed any side effects from taking the progesterone?  I took Prometrium and it made me pretty nauseous.  Hopefully, you are avoiding that until pregnancyWink
