One day late for my period . . .took digi says pregnant in the window. I am excited but very reserved about it. Thrilled it happened, worried I will miscarry. Wish I could just be happy without the worry. I won't be happy until I make it to 12 weeks. And we thought the 2 ww was long!!! So many hurdles! Haven't told my hubby yet, he is at work. I think I will tell him when he gets home. This is my question, should I call my ob right now? Or do they make you wait? I am 45 and have two boys 8 and 10. I had one miscarriage before the boys. I am supplementing with a little progesterone cream and am worried it may not be enough. Well girls I hope this works out for me and I will gladly share my luck with you!

I saw some ladies on other ttc boards/expecting boards talking about using a home doppler, I think to hear the hb. I am not sure how soon you could/should hear hb on one of those or if it would just stress you out more but I have considered getting one - no not pg yet but if WHEN I do get pg I may consider it, esp if my doctor visits are spaced pretty far apart. Good luck waiting, I know it must be excrutiating. I think when God invented patience he must have decided women were the most patient as they had to wait 9 very long months to have that baby.

Well, I'm still pregnant. Lol! Unfortunately every time o go to the bathroom I check for blood. I am still happy and hope I can handle 8? More weeks of wiping and checking. Can I just be in a coma for 8 weeks and then still be pregnant? I will ask the ob when I go next Tues.

Great news! I'm happy for you! In my experience, OBs make you wait. I am high risk so they want to see me right away, but not until I was about 8 weeks. How exciting for you!
