Hehe, hope you got a laugh out of that, if not, I tend to enjoy my own sense of humor, so all is not lost ;) but seriously folks, I had to go online to figure out how to check my cervix. I still am not positive I found it and if I did, I would call it more like a roadblock than a "nose tip" as many websites referred to it. As for open or soft, no I would not characterize it as either however she sure was high, I hope that is as high as it goes because if it got any higher I certainly won't feel it. I guess I have to keep feeling it and see the difference between high/low, soft/hard, open/closed... Anyone have experience with using this as an O indicator? Can you be graphic in your explanation of how you knew it was high, soft and open please?

Thank you!

I think I did detect quite a change from yesterday to today. Yesterday she was more wall like, today she (it is alive afterall) has an opening... had I known I would have BD'd this morning before DH went to work, although that would have caused problems charting my temp. :) So I would now consider it open and soft but it seems not as out of reach maybe, or maybe because I changed my checking position... I'm going with the change being related to checking position, if it's open and softer I think it only logical that it is at least as high as yesterday. In any even, open and soft seem more important that high... not sure what part high plays in the equation. Anyway, again thanks for your input :)
