Other sperm friendly lubes? Desperate!!

I know about pre-seed, but the ONLY pharmacy in town that carries it is OUT of stock....just my luck (and we don't have CVS here in Idaho)! I definitely don't want to use raw egg whites...too scary for salmonella and infections. What the heck else can help with my CM at this point? I also read about Pre-Conceive plus and Slippery Stuff, but I need to find where they carry it around here. I know I'm grasping at straws here because it may just be moot at this point. But we want to BD at least once more tonight and maybe tomorrow..and I need HELP!!

Thanks ladies for putting up with my insanity! :) My dh and I didn't even bd last night anyway. I was too tired and I had next to 0 cm all day yesterday. My cervix was also lower and kinda turned back. So I *think* 'O' already happened. My temps are ssssllllllooooooowwwwwwlllllyyyyyy inching their way up. I guess I won't know for sure if I 'O'd until they're way up over coverline, but I think it's over. This has been the craziest cycle ever. I just hope it wasn't actually anovulatory...but like I said, time and temps will tell.
Thank you so much! Guess I'll be ordering my pre-seed for next month! Dang, I HATE getting older!

ETA----They don't carry pre-conceive at Walmart here....just the old stand-bys: Astroglide and KY Jelly. Darn!!

I wanted to also add in the Robitussin expectorant taken every few hours is supposed to loosen up and thin out CM.

Toni Weschler (in Taking Charge of Your Fertility) and some midwives suggest using room-temp raw egg whites (from chicken eggs), as do other docs. I think they don't openly advocate it because there is risk of salmonella as there is with ingesting raw egg as in a ceasar salad or sunny-side-up eggs. But apparently that works too...
They say to use a lube applicator and fill it with the egg white. I have never used it but I'm not gonna lie and say I considered it---it just turned out my CVS had PreSeed in stock!!
