My dh had a vasectomy reversal two years ago and he had good sperm counts but at the time I was having problems with my health. My problems have cleared up and now his reversal has scared over, he is willing to have it redone BUT I am 44 is it worth trying again? Is there any possiblity of conceiving at my age with out additional specialist getting involved?

Thanks for any input you can offer.

thank you for your quick reply. I have had a FSH checked and my levels are very good, now they do vary monthly but they said that is not unusal. I do only have one ovary but I have had successful pregnacies with my first husband.

Has anyone had any results with a second vr with Dr. Grey?

Dear Yvette,

There is nothing wrong in trying. You can't see if yoou dont look, you can't find if you to search and you can't achieve if you dont try.

You may be 43 but has the internal fertile composition of a 28yr old lady. Thats how unpredictable nature is. Please try, and I pray that you succeed.

I'll however suggest that you don't waste time trying naturally as there is little time left for us. Im 40, Ive got two adults of 21 and 20 with my ex- husband. My current partner has none so there is pressure on me to try.

As long as there is hope, never give up finding light at the end of the tunnel. If you get to the tunnel and there is no light, at least you can go back to where you started your journey filling less guilty if you didnt try at all.

Go on dear and Good luck.

Lilly
