Well, surgery always produces anxiety for me too. But try to visualize it being over and the cyst being gone and you are one step closer to your goal. This is a step in the process. A hurdle that you will soon be done with. Find a mantra, repeat it over and over and visualize. It doesn't always relieve everything but you've decided to do this and it will help you muster up your courage. It's
