Pix, don't think of Synthroid as a drug...think of it like iron or calcium..if you are deficient in vitamins and minerals (say iron) you can be quite ill...and you wouldn't hesitate to replace what's missing with supplements if your diet alone wasn't enough. Synthroid is nothing more than replacing the thyroid hormone you are missing. And you will be more likely to get PG with this problem fixed.
