Vitex and Crying?

Of course, we probably all shed a bunch of tears through TTC, but 3 days ago, I just started taking Vitex (herbal hormone regulation formula) and I'm having crazy PMS weeping and edginess a full week in advance of AFs arrival. Usually don't start sobbing until 3 days before.

Anyone else have this happen? Not sure if the crying is hormone-related (Vitex being the only change in my routine), or just the whole specter of TTC at 42 and everything else on top of it.

Anyone?

If I have to use Clomid, I think I mightl have to wear clothing made of sponge due to outbursts of tears from the emotional swings.

Boo hoo.

There's definitely something to this vitex. I've been taking FertilityBlend for the past 10 days and my libido has gone way up. It's so weird. I haven't been weepy or emotional but I have wanted to have sex way more often than usual. Which is OK, of course.

Hang in there. FWIW, I didn't have any side effects with fertility meds except for the progesterone, which gave me every one of my PMS symptoms and then some. You'll be fine.

That's great to hear, cuz I think Clomid's in my future if this TTC thing really takes off. :)

Exercise really helps me too. It keeps my pms in check. FWIW, I also had no ill side efx from Clomid. It didn't make me moody at all and I don't generally tolerate drugs all that well. Just depends on the person, so don't
