Thanks Jeanne. Yes, this was Clomid cycle 2. Still just 50mg. My temps have stayed above 98 all day so I am feeling encouraged about that. DH is getting annoyed that I'm testing everyday. I just can't help it!
However, more spotting this evening which was pink, and my cramps feel more like menstrual cramps than the uterus streching/pulling kind. It seems to be late for implantation spotting, so who knows? Maybe I am just a late ovulator and a late implanter.
If your hemorrhoids don't normally bleed then it seems unlikely it would be that. Is spotting a side effect of acu sometimes?

Looking at your chart- you O'ed on day 19? Then day 11 DPO is not too late for implantation, my last pregnancy I implanted on day 10 DPO (I felt it) although I've never had implantation spotting (or any other type spotting so not familiar with it- only what I have read). When I have an embryo implant it feels like a pinching- it's weird for sure.
That is interesting about the ovulation pain. Now I am no doctor nor a scientist, so this is all pure guesswork, so take it accordingly! Lol! Here is my interpretation of it.
On a normal unmedicated cycle, your body starts to grow several follies, but fine tunes the process to end up with only one of mature size, and then releases that one egg so that you get one chance each cycle. It is my understanding that women who conceive fraternal twins do so when things go a little off and instead of only releasing one egg from one ovary they release two eggs, one from EACH ovary. Either way, once the release is done, the other follies quite growing and basically disappear.
Now in your case you had more than one follie, but both on the same ovary. You felt you had ovulation pain and then had a temp rise to prove it. Seems likely that the first mature egg was likely released at that time. However, (and here is where the real guesswork comes into play) you also took the trigger shot before the second follie started to decline. If the trigger does indeed help to finish off the follies prior to release, then it stands to reason that it could well have gone to work on that second follie. The result, a second ovulation with the second follie.
Now keep in mind this is only a guess, and you would have to ask your doctor. Of course, the doctor probably wouldn't know for sure and you would have to ask a researcher. Know any of those? :-)

Bridget,
That was a nice temp rise, this definately could be your month.
Darn it Bridget, I was hoping to stalk today's temp.
I'm sorry that you are too sick to engage in Aaron's school campout.
