I know everyone is a little different, but I have heard Clomid can thin your lining so my RE said not good for me, but he did start me on Follistim and I did respond, but not in a good way the first time
Hi, I am not a lot of help, we are just doing things naturally, but the others have some great advice. I think I would at least try to find an RE that will do a phone consult and get another opinion on it. From what I know of IUIs I think they can be quite helpful in getting more concentrated sperm where they need to be a lot quicker which could never hurt!

Sounds like you really really need an RE but it's unfortunate they are so far away.
