Well~I haven't been charting this month and have been going only by dates and CM signs. I O'ed over the wkend. I made sure we hit every single day! LOL DH and I don't really talk much bout TTC(we have an understanding that if a baby happens it happens)...but he was happy with all the extra "attention." LOL Which I was happy to give...honestly... I wasn't just after his sperm!

Someone here -- sorry, I forget who, though she deserves credit! -- recommending singing "The Brady Bunch" theme to yourself as a distraction. It works surprisingly well. (Feel free to substitute the frivolous song of your choice.)

I hate the 2ww, but I will have to say my entire month is filled with the same kind of anticipation. Even now when AF is here I am in "hurry up and get over so I can O" mode. Sometimes I guess it makes me feel like I am living so much in anticipation of "something" that I don't take time to enjoy today. Anyone else ever feel this way?

Oh, I totally try to rush through each part of my cycle. It's kinda sad. Reminds of a line from the poem "The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock": "I have measured out my life in coffee spoons." But for me, it's like "I have measured out my life in two-week intervals." I wish I could stop, but short of a BFP or a decision to stop trying, I don't know how to do it.
