Hiya,
I'm Dilly, (not real name), I'm 41 and I'm desperate for another child. Been married for 10 years and have DS 6yrs and DS 4 yrs.
Had been trying to accept that I wouldn't have any more children but came face to face with another mum the other week who has children same ages as mine and who has always said she doesn't want anymore. She told me she is expecting in October. I'm very happy for her but I was shocked at how much it upset me. I obviously didn't let it show or say anything to anyone else but that night when no-one else was around I sat in floods of tears. I realised how much I wanted another. My husband is less keen. We had a discussion about it 2 yrs ago and he said yes at the time then few days later said no.
Have been to see doc today to discuss if I have any options. I want to bring up the subject again with husband but no point if out of the question.Looking at a previous blood test it didn't look like I was ovulating although I have a period every month. Mum went through an early menopause
I didn't even know you could do that!! it sounds really good.

Hi and welcome to the board. Sounds like you have a good plan already in motion and if hubby jumps onboard you should be all set to try. I may be a tad biased but I think you have found a great group of ladies to share with and get support from. Hope you jump right in and share, or
