Hi everyone,
I posted a couple of days ago inquiring about a delayed ovulation...
Here is my issue...
LMP was 5/30...cycles have been getting shorter for about 8 months...average is 27-28 days...was 32 ( sigh)...
ANyway, DH and I had i/c on what would have been Day 21...Day 22 I wake up with O pain..took 4 OKP's, 2 were +, 2 were - ... tiny bit of ewcm...nothing really...
Anyway, took urine test, negative... today, took blood HCG, quantitative, and it was zero.
Could it be too early? It is 9 days since i/c, 8 or 7 days since " O "...
But if the HCG is zero, there's pretty much no chance, right??

A woman "usually" produces 25 miu of hCG 10 days after conception.

I actually had my blood drawn on Monday and HCG was < 2 and progesterone was 6.9
So the HPT's were right....

I just wanted to add that we don't start producing the pregnancy hormone until after implantation.
