Jeanne,
Just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss. Grieving is so hard ...people have no idea unless they've been through a major loss. Just wanted you to know I'm happy you're back. I'm new to the board but was a lurker for a long time, so I do remember you. Take good care of yourself. I look forward to reading more from you. I'm so sorry.

OMG I am sooo sorry about your loss! I wondered what happened but thought you were too far along for a MC! Again I am soo sorry! Its nice to hear your back on the TTC train and for what it is worth you are still YOUNG!! You can do this!! Progesterone will help your lining so maybe when you get PG again you can stay on progesterone to make it successful! Welcome back and KUP!!

Good to hear you are recovering and willing to try again. I have had 4 losses, but all mine were at 8 weeks....did they do any testing to know if there is something they can address?

I hope you are well. I too thought maybe you had moved to a different Board after the first TRI. Just hang in there and know we are all here for you.

Jeanne,

I just joined the board so you probably don't know me but I just want to say how sorry I am for your loss.

I guess we come here for support from people who really know what it's like.

I also am 41 (will be 42 in February).

Hello Jeanne,
So sorry for your loss. I am new to the board after our m/c last month. I can relate so well to your situation. I will be 41 this month, have 2 kids, and lost our baby at about 16 weeks. And I agree with you ... Being 41 sucks!!
I have been doing the soul searching, evaluating the family, envisioning what our future should be etc etc. DH and I are so regretting not trying sooner (younger child is almost 9). I am mentally drained from all this along with the grieving which seems to just sit in the pit of my stomach. I ache with it everyday. I can really hear what you're saying.
But I am also wondering how disheartened I should be. It's hard to sort thru all the doom/gloom from doc and then be torn when I see so many success stories like the ones on this board. I too am very afraid of what another loss could do to us. Perhaps we both should: #1 be patient with our bodies and #2 try to focus on the positive even though it is so scary.
Wishing you all that you hope for.
Taylor
