Hi Everyone,


I had positive results with Answer strips on Feb 15 and 16 (Sun, Mon) so which days

Me, Lisa (42); DH, Howard (52); DSD, Laura (13); DSD, Juliana (7); DS, Alexander (6 months) Enjoying my #1 (born 11-2-2009 when I was 42) BFP #2 4-15-10 MC 4-21-10

I think it depends on the OPK. It should say on it what a positive means. I know one of the ones I use tells you whe you are going to O within 48 hours.

Also.. the sperm can live inside you for 4-5 days so you gotta factor that in as well!

Paula's got it right.


I only test until I get a positive OPK - I don't bother to test after that - I find it a waste.


Once you get a positive you are likely to "O" within 12-48 hours later.


I usually "O" within 12-24 hours of a positive so I try to start earlier.

Just FYI, my RE said not to use Answer, they have a high rate of false positives.
