Implantation cramps?

Hi everybody, bit of advice please. Had back to back chemical pregnancies the past 2 months , terrible cramps after the last one which stopped about 10 days ago. Anyway, we tried again this month and am now 7 dpo, I've been having cramps for 4 days, really bad yesterday and today, especially when lifting or sitting in certain positions. I've got v sore bbs which I've had every time I'm pregnant so am in with a chance. Do u think these could be implantation cramps? Much more painful than previous months!

First, I'm so sorry for your chemical PGs--twice in a row too. That stinks. So as far as implantation cramps go...Ooh I hope so!!
I really don't know if there is any certain way to know. I had cramps from my O day-on through the end of my luteal phase this last cycle and was certain they were implantation cramps, especially because they have been felt on the side of my uterus that I O'd on. But alas, no positive HPT.
