Did anyone see her interveiw on Friday night, where she talked about taking progesterone before and dring her pregnancy to cut the risk of miscarriage?

Progesterone is the hormone that is released after ovulation and later produced by the placenta. When your progesterone levels fall 10-16 days after ovulation, this causes the shedding of the uterine lining. So if you have low progesterone levels, it is very unlikely that you will carry a pregnancy to term. Most end in the misscarrage stage, before 12 wks. If you are worried about your progesterone levels. they should test them on DPO 7. I think that they want the number to be over 20. If you have low progesterone, then you can take suppliments either orally or vaginally. Doesn't help you get pregnant, but may help you stay pregnant.
