New here and not sure where to post this

I am 45. My cycles have been crazy regular for the last several years. I usually O CD12-14. On CD 13 or 14 last month I had so much EWCM it was literally running down my leg when I didn't have panties on. My period was due last thursday or friday based on my usual 13-14 day LP. I am supposedly 18 dpo today, temp is up (though I have not been charting my temp for several months). The last 2 days I have had a nervous/nauseous stomach, sort of like butterflies in the stomach like when you are really excited or nervous about something and my boobs are just starting to hurt, which is unusual because they didn't get sore at the usual 7-10 dpo mark like usual. Could I really be PG, or could it just be perimenopause?
