Welcome Pam, you have come to a great place for support, information, and just somewhere you can talk about what you are going through without fear of judgement or people "not getting" it.

Hi Pam,

I wanted welcome you to the board, it is full of support and info and the ladies are fabulous:). I'm sorry for your loss, we just m/c in June (Father's day) it has been a roller coaster of emotions, deciding if we would continue to tcc or not. I'm here because the desire for another baby just would not subside. Anyhow good luck to you, I hope you see a BFP soon!!

Welcome, Pam! So sorry about your loss, but very happy to hear about Sawyer the post-40 baby! Wishing you the best of luck with TTC. This is a very supportive group, so you're in the right place.

Hi Pam, welcome here. I am so sorry for your loss, that must have been so hard. I lost my last baby in January at what should have been 13 weeks, but the baby had died at about 9 weeks. We were scheduled for the NT scan just a few days later. I can't imagine going through the scan and the CVS only to have that happen afterwards. My heart just breaks for you.

I am glad to see you here ready to try again, it is hard after a loss, but it is where I came too, even before we decided to try again for sure. (DH was feeling his age!) I am 44, DH is 45, and he has agreed to try at least until the end of the year. As I said, he is feeling his age and doesn't want to keep trying for years on end. I am okay with that, and yet as the time comes closer I am wanting to extend it a little!

I hope that all your tests come back with good results and that you get your bfp really soon.

Michelle

Hello Pam,
First, I am so very sorry for your loss. Although I am sorry we find ourselves telling each other these painful stories, I am glad there is someone to share them with. So don't feel bad about a long intro. We also went through losing our son this year. I too went in for an ultrasound, at 19 weeks, and was told there was no hb. It really does feel like walking, no, running into a brick wall. But, don't give up hope. You've come to the right place. The ladies here have a lot of uncommon wisdom and are a wonderful support. Welcome.
