Vitex will aid on the progesterone side, so it can lengthen your luteal phase (which in turn could lengthen your cycle if you have a short LP) but it will not help to delay O.

Hi Kristi,
As for your cycle length, mine has always been short and light (2 to 3 days since I was 10). When I used OPK's earlier this year, I was getting the dark lines on cd12. I was able to conceive despite short and light cycles and with an ovulation time similar to yours. Good luck!
