TTC at 46yrs!!

Hi everyone, this posting is all new to me, but I think a few friends in this trying time wont go amiss !!

Im 46yrs and have 5 children from a previous relationship. Im now in anew one and my boyfriend has no children. Although its a little late in the game, we would really love a child of our own and have been TTC for 8 months now. Its all quite frustrating and I admit to almost throwing in the towel on occasion, but I have to keep trying as TIME is of the essense here !!!!! Its not easy for us with the pressure of sex on demand so to speak, and after all that stress this month has been an anovulatory cycle for me :(

I would appreciate any hints, ideas, good web sites to visit etc.

TIA

Welcome to the board!! Yes it is a good thing you have had successful pregnancies in the past BUT time is of the issue now so as the PP said get to an RE and make a "plan" to increase your odds. CD3 bloodwork,HSG,U/S,clomid challenge test, progesterone testing and your BFs SA are some of the basic first line of fire tests that an RE will do. Once your armed with information you can correct any problem areas and make decisions on your treatment to
