Hi everyone,
Myself and DH are starting on our road to Parenthood :smileyhappy:
I hope that some of you can help with any information you may have on this exciting journey.
I am in my 3rd day of AF, so that mean's ovulation should start between Feb 24th and Mar 2nd KMFX.
is there anything I can do to help with the conception process?, apart

There are many things you can do to increase your chances of pregnancy, such as those already mentioned like temping (I love www.fertilityfriend.com for free charting software and a learning course) or OPKs. Utilizing both of these methods will allow you to understand your body/cycles even better.
I also recommend reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, which is like the ttc bible. It's very informative, and I've found it extremely useful in not only expanding my knowledge but reiterating some of the methods we're already using.
