Hey all,

Last time we were TTC, I used FREPTs, and found them hard to read....other brands were confusing as well. When I was unsure, I caved and went and bought digital tests. They're amazing. They're also amazingly expensive. Does anyone know where you can buy cheaper digital HPTs in bulk or online? All I can find cheap are the regular strip types...

I haven't been able to find them online either, however one place I have been lucky is on the clearance rack at the grocery store. We do all of our shopping at the commissary and at the back they have a huge area for damaged goods that are seriously discounted. I found a 3-pack of digitals for less than $9, definitely snatched it up! As long as it's well before the expiration date, damaged box = more money in my pocket. :o)

And I'm with you on the digital thing...I've given up on the line/no line ones. I don't poas all the time so it's worth the added expense.

Mary,

I want to say I saw that earlypregnancytests.com (is that the right way to type the website?) had some as well as the non-digital kind. Also, I think you might be able to find some on amazon. I'm not 100% certain though. GL!

Mary,

I did a quick search and found some on amazon! Search in Health & Personal Care using the words digital pregnancy. Right now there is a 5 pack of Clear Blue Easy for $14.23 and I see there are other packs or singles too. I came up empty on the earlypregnancytests.com site. GL!

Mary,

I decided to try another site: www.babyhopes.com and saw that they have a pack of 2 CBE digital tests for $19.99, which is more than on amazon. I hope that helps!

Wow, Lydia, thanks for doing this research! I'll definitely check out the ones on amazon....I think when I bought them before, I got a 2-pack for $20ish. Saving a few bucks is always nice...

DH thinks it's bad luck to buy digi tests until we think we MIGHT be pg, so I may have to sneak these in...

Mary,

You're welcome! Please let me know what you decide and how it works out. Well, I hear DH but..if you wait to get them until you think you need them and are ordering online you'll have to wait for them to arrive (ugh) and may end up just driving to the store anyways. It's a tough one!
