Hey ladies, I've been hearing a lot about Instead cups and was wondering if I should look into getting them. I love the idea of being able to keep the swimmers as close to where they need to be! Is it worth it?

Soft cups (brand name Instead Cups, I'm sure there are other brands out there), are a cup that is intended to be used

Thanks so much for that great info Kim!

I actually have one more separate question. While researching supplements I came across Geritol which I can easily get at CVS. Some women seem to swear by it from what I've read. Is it true that "there's a baby in every bottle" or is it just an old wives' tale?

I went ahead and ordered some for myself along with some OPKs and HPTs (since I know I'll be spending the money on them anyway)! The Softcups and strips should get here by the end of this business week - plenty of time to try some out when it's crucial. Something about them makes me a little nervous but I'm gonna wait and see once they get here. I'm just debating over whether or not to bother with Pre-Seed this cycle; the past 2 have been a bust and that is $20 I can spend elsewhere. Should I use Pre-Seed with Softcups or is that just overkill?

Hey,

I just wanted to say that I use Instead cups during my period fairly often, I tend to use them when i have to travel and wont be able to "change" as often, because you can safely keep them in for 12 hours (if required). I have never thought of using them for this reason tho.. it certainly is a great idea...

I can tell you that yes they are intimidating when you first seen them but well worth it, and very comfortable.
