My temp spiked this morning so I know I O'd. We usually dont bd the day of temp spike thinking it's already too late. We bd'd a lot this past week before O but my question is do you know if it would be helpful to BD again one more time today or is it already too late?

It can be a good idea to bd the day of your temp spike. It just means you O'd yesterday..but not what time yesterday. The egg can live 12 to 24 hours. So if you BD today you still might catch it. Hope that helps girl..go catch that egg!!
