TTC Bucket List?

Everyone has those few things they want to do before the get pregnant.  I wanted to go sky diving, lose a few more pounds,  and go to Las Vegas. Sky diving is definitely out when pregnant and Las Vegas is a little less sweet without the fruity drinks by the bar, and losing weight once pregnant is not exactly recommended.  Is there something you really want to do that just isn't a good idea once you find out you're pregnant?  What's on your TTC bucket list, or have you accomplished everything you wanted to and have nothing holding you back from the BFP?

Building and picking out everything for a new house would be fun, but I'm with you on being cautious about living right next to family. I have a friend who lives right next to her DH's sister and I've always wondered if it was weird for her. They switch off a lot on taking turns babysitting each other's children though, so I guess for them it's helpful to have your babysitter next door.

Rebekah...is it horrible if I hope you can't run your marathon in Oct? I just hope you can get your BFP quickly! For the time being though, you can keep training I guess and see what happens. An international vacation would be a lot of fun. I would have liked to go on another Cruise. DH and I had a blast when we went the last time and he keeps talking about wanting to go again!

I would like to take a trip with my husband, sort of a last hurrah where we can just spend quality time together. I also would like to take a girls weekend trip with my mom for the same reason. We are planning on doing that this fall, just have to pick a place.

I also want to get any work done that we need to do on our house, so that we don't have to worry about it later on. I'm thinking that one we have a baby, we won't have the time or energy to do house projects.

I guess I don't really have a bucket list but there are things I still want to do that will get put on hold once I do get pg. For one, our weekly trips to Tahoe for snowboarding will slow down. My DH bought me a nice pair of snowshoes so I could at least enjoy the snow while he is off doing his thing. Sitting at the bar will def be a bit different!

Other than that, our plans for summiting another mountain will also get put off. We were planning on one this summer but high altitudes are iffy while pg. I'll stick to under 10k just to be safe. I did get my first summit in last summer so I can hold off on another for now.
