I take B6 to increase my LP and guaifenesin to help with quality of cervical mucus.

I am also trying a new relaxation program called Circle and Bloom www.circlebloom.com I'm hoping that it will help with relaxation after I get home from a stressful day at work. I've only done one day but it bases each day of your cycle on what is happening on that day in your cycle. You work on getting your body relaxed and it talks about what is happening in your cycle and you focus your mind on what is happening in your body. Some of the girls in the TTCYF 6 months plus group recommended it. There are special programs for IUI and IVF too.

I'm also considering acupuncture to try to balance my hormones, but I'm going to try the relaxation program first and see if that works for me.

I hope you don't mind me joining in. The cycle I concieved in I tried a liquid called fertility-preg from sunflower market (it contains only red raspberry leaf, red clover blossoms, nettles leaf, yellow dock root, vegtable glycerin, deionized water, and honey) 30-40 drops 3 times a day up to 2 days before ovulation, 2000 iu vitamin D, guaifenesin 1 time a day 2 hours before bding, red raspberry tea, LH test strips, and I used these things called instead soft cups after dtd around ovulation ( you insert them to help keep the sperm near the cervix). I hope this helps give people ideas!

My story is a little different since I am TTC a specific gender- girl. I am taking prenatal vitams, B6 (to increase length of LP), Vitamin D, Magnesium, Calcium, and Folic Acid.

I chart BBT and use OPK. I test my PH (ideal for my acidic environment for girl)- to be anywhere b/w 5.0-6.8.... I am usually 6.0-6.2. I douche about a half an hour before BD (again to create more of an acidic environment ideal for girl survival, but kills boy sperm). I am on a girl diet- no red meat, potatoes, tomatoes, or bananas and plenty of calcium, chocolate, and berries. I prop legs for at least 30 minutes after and lay flat the rest of the night (if we bd at night). We are only TTC one day out of the month using the O+12 method- again ideal for a girl, which means TTC 12 hours

I have started tracking my CM. I take some pretty high power mutli-vitamins which have 800 mg of folic acid in them. I have used Pre-seed in the past without success but will consider it again if trying on our own isn't working after a while. I have cut down on lattes/coffee and have kept to a pretty healthy diet with lots of veggies and fruits. I am also looking into getting the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility"-- many have recommended it! I also take B12, B-Complex, D3 twice a week (high dose), and Calcium plus Magnesium and Vit. D! Those are all things I need regardless of pregnancy but they help. I also rest with my knees bent and pelvis slightly lifted for up to 30 minutes after trying. Just started so we shall see!
