I need help from someone with alot of info on Vasectomy Reversal

I just can't seem to find any answers to what I'm looking for anywhere! Dh had Dr Wilson do his VR in June of 2009, a year later his semen analysis showed that he had excellent sperm numbers, high concentration (flagged for being very high actually), high motility and great morph. We were completely fertile.

Now here we are a year later and the analysis shows we only have 1% normal sperm morph and motility and concentration are all too low to even do IUI. I don't understand what could have happened in ONE year to affect the numbers that dramatically. I read on Dr. Wilsons site that the theory of antibodies is a not exactly true so I ruled that out but what else could have happened? We are making an appt with a urologist but I wanted to see if any of you who know alot about VR may have some insight.

The semen analysis's that had bad results (we did two, four weeks apart) were both collected at the lab in a cup. The great one was collected at home via intercourse. Could that make THAT much of a difference or are we looking at a bigger problem? I'll show the best SA and worst SA numbers for comparison.
