Those baby/Mommy classes sound like so much fun. Unfortunately I've found that a lot of Mommy/kid activities are during the day and make it impossible for working parents to do them.

I must be defective then too;) I am not cut out to be a stay at home Mom and have always told my husband that the kids are much better in daycare than if I were to stay at home. I love my job and I love my kids. If you feel you need to get back to work at 6 months then go for it and don't feel guilty for doing what is good for you too. And my kids don't seem too screwed up;) Gideon tried to go to school last Saturday and Ezekiel thinks it's funny to only roll over at school and still hasn't shown Jon that he can do it.

Ruby - Don't feel bad. Some moms need to work for their mental and emotional well being. Nothing to be ashamed of at all! My mom said it was hard to be away from us and work but that in the end she is so thankful she did because of my parents divorce. She worked and is having no trouble supporting herself on her own now. Not saying you will get a divorce but should anything ever happen (God forbid) you'd much rather be prepared right? My aunt didn't work for like 12 years staying home with the kids, and now no one will give her a job in this economy. And the extra money from working is nice right? :)

Heather - LOL! And you know if we don't know something we get the "you are the mom, you should know" attitude from everyone. We can never win. Oh well.

AFM - My dad and his girlfriend went out of town and took all the food with them so my mom told me to come stay the night with her and watch movies with my sister so I don't have to go grocery shopping. I still will because they won't be back until Monday, but it's one less night I have to worry about. And I can get a shower in BY MYSELF, without Jensen on the floor splashing me LOL! Oh life's simple pleasures right?

So true (about the no classes offered on evenings or weekends)!

Have you looked into baby swim classes? I have found that many pools often offer one on the weekend since it is a class that is much easier to do with 2 people and baby instead of one anyway.

Although it might be different here in Germany.

So I finally got up the nerve to buy a pack of hpt's while at the grocery store this afternoon. I don't know when I'm going to test but I'd rather do it when DH is not around.

How essential is it to use FMU? I have a dog sitting client tonight and tomorrow morning so I was thinking to test there since I'd be alone and wouldn't have to worry about DH walking in on me.

I'd love to have another baby but this would not be good timing for DH. I have no idea how he would react if I'm PG again.

I got my darkest HPT's at night so I would just avoid water for about 2-3 hours and then go take the test so your urine is less diluted.
