Hey Ladies - Too tired for personals.... but I did want to say to Cara & Ashley thanks for the update!! Ashley I am an only child and at times I always wished I had another sibling, but 95% of the time I LOVED being an only. Just wanted to tell you that.

AFM - I talked with my boss yesterday and starting this week I will be working from home on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Which actually will work out really well because that means I am home for 5 days in a row with the weekend in there. Plus I don't have to go in on Monday mornings - I hate being in the office on Mondays. I was going to do a Mon, Wed & Friday schedule, but we have our team meeting every other wed, so this is just easier.

Gabby is talking away! (here is a video of her: http://jessica-mike.blogspot.com/2010/12/my-talkative-little-girl.html) she is telling us a story every night now when we get home and have our play time. She is so loud (Not that we mind) that we can't have the TV on or talk with each other because we can't hear each other.

She is growing out of her clothes so fast! Mostly her sleepers. Her Onesies still fit her....Daycare is having their Christmas party next Wednesday. They are bringing in a Santa, it's $5 bucks so I plan on paying that this week so we can get pictures of her and Santa. We get to take our own pictures so that's nice. I just don't know what to do about gifts for her teachers. There are like 5 or 6 of them (they sometimes trade off rooms, so it's hard to know who is all in there with her all the time). and I just don't know what to get. Part of me was thinking not anything since she has only been there 2 months, but then I wasn't sure...oh the dilemma, I might just get them cookies or chocolates or something.

Gabby has been a little violent eater the past few days. She clamps down on my nipple, pulls away and when she pulls away she still has my nipple in her mouth, she is pinching my breast with her hand that is below my breast and sometimes with the other hand as well. I almost screamed the other night when she did it, because it hurt so bad. And she thrashes around with her legs and stuff when she eats. it's crazy.

Hope everyone is having a great week!

Christine - I kind of think of FB as a way to keep up with/get to know people that I don't keep in regular contact with. So, I'd be okay with being friends on FB with someone like that. But it all depends on what you use it for, and if you're uncomfortable with it, I would just ignore her request and tell her you don't use it much.

Jess - I also love the idea of a food gift for the teachers! It's always a good thing :) Sorry that Gabby is being a violent eater. Hopefully it will be a short phase.

Ashley - good to see an update from you! We're also thinking of having Evan as our only child. The more we think about it, the more we like the idea, but we'll see how we feel in a couple years I guess.

AFM - today is DH's last day at home. He goes back to work on Monday. I'm pretty nervous, but thankfully my mom is coming for three weeks (she gets here tonight), so at least I won't be completely on my own. I'm super excited to have her here, and I know she's really excited to meet Evan. My Dad will be joining us here over Christmas.

As for Evan, he's doing great! He's really becoming aware of his surroundings. It's so fun just watching him look at things. He loves his play mat, and especially loves batting at the toys. He gets kind of frustrated when he's on his tummy though. I think he just wants to be able to roll over and crawl RIGHT NOW, and since he can't, he gets annoyed! LOL!
