If anyone has
Jess,Just wanted to chime in and say that Maxim showed no interest in solids until 8.5 months. And we mostly do purees and some finger foods. He also LOVES yogurt. He doesnt have his pincer grasp yet which makes finger foods a challenge if they are too small. Some nights he does really well with finger foods...I gave him fusilli one night and he gobbled it up. On a separate night, I gave him some chicken and he loved it. Last week I gave him fussilli and chicken and he threw it all on the floor. It appears that he prefers purees at this point and does better overall with pureesAnyway, we are having our own solids questions/issues but that should be a separate post.
Ok I'm gonna get better at posting starting NOW....
OMG! That second one of Eloise by herself is killing me! She's like "No I will NOT smile and there is NOTHING you can do about it! HMPH".
Kass--That stinks about the LEEP and being under pressure to have another one before you are really ready.
Oh goodness, those pics are adorable, Sarah!!
I posted this on your blog so I'll copy and paste :)
"Sloane was the EXACT same way and we still have no teeth. I think the reason her gums hurt so bad was that it was the teeth shooting in to her gums from her jaw....at least that's the only explanation I have come up with. She was right at about the same age as James when it started. Now here we are 7 months old and still nothing. She still just chews on everything and has really sensitive mouth days but alas no teeth. I just wish they would hurry and come thru instead of all this drama :) "
Now in addition to that.
