Thanks ladies, it's good to know I am not alone. He got up with her the next night and he did take her to daycare the night I got up with her, so that was good.

I am having such a hard time concentrating on work. I finally have something to work on and I don't want to do it. I know I have to get it done in the next couple of hours, but It's really hard to work on something I don't like. Oh well. Going to have to buckle down and get it done. Here's hoping for motivation.

Sarah - I saw on FB that you found out the gender, are you not going to tell people? and if you are telling people what team are you on? Hope the ultrasound went well.

Sandy - sorry you weren't feeling well and I hope little David starts to feel better soon! No fun. Its amazing what moms have to put up with the 3 P's. Gabby had an explosive poopy diaper this morning, then when I just had her all cleaned up and was about to put the clean diaper on, she peed all over me, herself and the new diaper. then when I was getting her all cleaned up again, she spit up a good portion of her breakfast. Fun times!!

Sandy - I think I have the same virus. I woke up at 12:30am to a wave of nausea and it was all downhill from there. I woke up nearly every hour and it was coming out both ends. We had no sprite in the house (but had every other kind of pop, of course) so my awesome DH ran out at 3:45am to buy me some. I called into work sick and called my mom. Thankfully she was able to come up to help me with Selin. The nausea is a lot better but I am SO weak and dehydrated. I hope this is just a 24-hour thing and Selin doesn't get it. She seems fine so far.

I hope you and David will be feeling better soon!!

Jess - sounds like you've got what Sandy and I have. I am feeling a lot better today but my stomach is still a little unsettled and my energy is not 100% so I'm off work again today. Early evening yesterday I had a 102 degree fever but thankfully it broke before I went to bed and the achiness got a lot better. My boss said the norovirus is going around and you are contagious for 3 days after symptoms subside so I have cancelled all our plans for the weekend just so we don't get anyone else sick. DH was starting to feel I'll last night and he's had diarrhea but no vomiting. He still went to work today. I'm dropping Selin at the sitter in an hour since I had a dr appt scheduled anyway. This way I can get some rest at home by myself.

Everyone stay well this weekend!!

Sorry to those of you who have been sick-it must really be getting around because Teddy and I were also sick ;). I had an awful flu type thing but thankfully didn't have to throw up and Teddy has had a light case of diarrhea. Unfortunately one of the drawbacks of being a SAHM is that I just had to push through and do our normal routine as there was no one to take care of Teddy so that I could just sleep for a few hours. It was a rough few days but thankfully I am feeling better now and Teddy never seemed too affected to begin with- although the diarrhea doesn't seem to have completely passed yet either.

My SIL had her baby yesterday! He was born at just a few days before 38 weeks but only weighed 4.4 pounds!!! I can't even imagine considering Teddy was more than double that LOL. He is absolutely precious though and is doing quite OK. They are watching him for a few days because he had some oxygen problems but she should be able to take him home on Monday. Right now they have them in seperate rooms though which would drive me bonkers, they don't even let her know when he wakes. I mean it is nice that she gets to sleep but I would want to be near him and know what was going on. He isn't connected to any machine or anything so I don't really understand why the hospital does it that way. Oh well obviously not my child and she seems fine with the arrangement so it is all good :).

Sarah- Congrats on the baby boy! Do you have any names that you didn't use for Desmond that you liked quite a bit?

I'm also happy to say that seeing her little one gave me absolutely no baby fever. I know I want more but right now I am still feeling really good about 2.5-3 year spacing between them. I hope I stay this way as I think in the long run everything would be smoother if I could hold out awhile. Honestly the thought of another baby with colic and a not even 2 year old makes me want to throw up LOL. And who is to say if I would get an easy baby next time around... although I really hope so LOL.

Does anyone know of good online sales for black Friday for childrens stuff?

Last year I got amazing deals on cloth diapers (which almost all were too small LOL) and this year I would like to do the same but with childrens clothing... and maybe a jacket for me:D
