I didn't add the new Moms in, yet, but I'll get to you!
Jessica: I am glad you are adjusting to Gabriella, those first 6 weeks always seem to be the hardest time for me, it is always nice to make it past that point and start settling into the new routine with a baby.
Cassie: I am sorry there seems to be nothing out there on the job front, maybe you'll hear something from one of the applications you put in, sometimes they take awhile.
Forgive me for no personals today, but this new layout is confusing me.
Mari- yes you read correctly. My little man is crazy! He started walking within a week of 9 months and babbling something audible shortly after. When I figure out this crazy new set-up I will try to post a video of him since I posted new pictures last week.
My attempt at personals....Sorry if I miss anyone, as I can't remember everything I just read. I really really hate this new layout.
Anna - Congrats on the pregnancy! I am sorry that your DH is going back and forth. I am sure once the little one arrives he will fall in love with him/her.
Liz - Good luck with the increasing your supply. I am sure things will start to work out as he gets older.
I know there are other things, but they have left my brain...I really don't have much of one anymore anyway.
AFM - I forgot to update everyone, but at my cousin's wedding she apologized to me at the wedding for being so upset about the smoking thing. She said she was sorry and we have now put it past us and moved on. So I am feeling really good about things with her.
Gabriella is now sleeping in her crib for 5 + hours at a night. I went back to swaddling her with a specific swaddle blanket and it has worked wonders. It even helped her the other night during her fussy time! It was amazing how well she responded to that, a pacifier and rocking and shushing. Now I am starting a routine with her, feed her, change her, swaddle her and read her a story and rock her to sleep. I got her to sleep within a 1/2 hour last night - with feeding and rocking her back to sleep at 3am. it was wonderful! Makes me feel so much better for going back to work and that I will be able to get some sleep to function during the day.
Tomorrow we have a wedding to go to. I am an usher in the wedding, so I will have to bring my pump, because with the dress and being in the wedding I am not sure I will be able to BF her. There might be a room I can feed her in at the reception, so I am feeling okay with that. I am going to bring a change of clothes for after pictures at the reception.should make it easier. DH is excited to have a daddy daughter dance with her :) He was bummed at my other cousin's wedding because we didn't stay long enough to do that.
Boy this new layout has really thrown me for a loop!
Hi there Mamas! I can NOT believe how long it is since I've checked in! We're finally feeling a bit settled in our new house. It's just so slow going with
