Hello everyone!
I'm thrilled that it's finally my turn to make the big announcement: my son is here!
Very short story: Benjamin James was born at 7:13 am on Tuesday, May 25. Active labour was about 8-10 hours, with only about 30-45 minutes pushing. I was never sure I could go med-free, but I did it, and I'm so glad I was able to. He was so wonderfully alert when he was born! He was 6 lbs, 12 oz, and measured 21 inches long. Apgars were 8 and 9.
Well, my little guy needs to eat again, but I'll be back with the full version when I can. I hope everyone here is doing well!
