Also, if you start pumping more than 6oz from one side, you can get the 8-9oz bottles from Gerber and the threads fit on the horns for the medela pumps. I know it sounds like a lot, but I was actually getting up to 6oz on the left and 8oz on the right in one sitting when I was EPing for the twins. Those little 6oz bottles that come w/ the pump just weren't doing it. Plus, those colored Gerber bottles are super cheap, like $6 for 3 of them.

Also, EBM doesnt stay as long in a fridge freezer as it does a deep freeze. EBM in a deep freeze is good for 6-12 months but in the freezer its less than 6 months. Just an FYI.

I guess I'm the cheapskate of the group:) I just pumped into the medela bottles and then poured the milk into snack size ziploc bags! I would right the date and amount of milk in permanent marker and just lay the bag flat in the freezer until it froze, before "filing" it in date order in a large tupperware type container.

We have a deep freeze.... it's filled w/ my made ahead meals and bread LOL.
