I posted on CL looking for child care for Simon. If you remember I work rolling days and my husband is in college. He plans to quit his evening job to take care of Simon. So we are just in need of someone during the times I am working and DH is at school. So depending on the week it could be as little as 7 hours or up to maybe 20 hours. DH may be getting a job this summer but we will deal with that as soon as we find out if he has gotten any of the positions he has put in for.
Do you think $200 a month is an ok rate? I don't want to pay 500+ for full time child care I won't be using. I have gotten quite a few responses and I want to have that number when we start interviewing people. I was mostly just looking for someone who wanted a little extra cash and didn't mind the changing schedule.
Second, if you were interviewing someone to take care of your child , thats not stircktly a child care center, what are some of the things you would ask. I have a small list I just want some help making sure I have everything covered.
Thanks for your comments and thoughts girls!
