Diaper Bags - Need Suggestions

I have 4 diaper bags and hate them all.
The first 2 are "the same", one is just smaller than the other (they were a set).

I actually generally leave the tote in the car too if we are going somewhere for under 45 minutes as well. I only bring it with me if we will be there for a real period of time. So half the time I could just throw a change of clothes and a few diapers in the car and be good to go as well.
I am really minimalistic with what I bring now though, after 3 in 4 years, I've learned that I need far less then I use to think I did.
Thank you for the sig Mary
I also have this one http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B002YQO0OA/ref=mp_s_a_4?qid=1303321119&sr=8-4 but haven't used it yet.
I would love to see what other people love!

And it does the job. It has pockets everywhere and its nice size. I tend to use it now for more of an overnight sort of bag for Maxim and I can get a weekends worth of clothes in it, plus a bunch of other stuff or a whack of toys if we're going on a longer trip and he has a bigger suitcase. I wish I had held out for the Ju Ju Be. Some of the patterns are butt ugly but their bags are fabulous. They are a bit high priced but apparently they last forever...maybe for the next one. I covet the BFF and PackaBe.

I also have this very basic over the shoulder Jolly Jumper bag. Its for quick trips only, it has one side pocket for a bottle, a zipper pocket under the flap and two sections. The big section is sectioned off by a mesh pocket. Its not a workhorse diaper bag by any means, its very simple but does the job for a quick run.

But in the first 6 months of Teddy's life it basically completely fell apart, I was so disappointed in it. I have never had a bag come apart like that not even a super cheap one!
So now I have this one from Timi and Leslie

and I am SO happy!! It works great, is incredibly functional, while being very robust which was important to me. They also have SUPER cute bags that look just like very stylish purses but I decided I would rather have a purse for going out and a separate diaper bag because I don't like always lugging around a huge bag.
Anyway Timi and Leslie has so many different styles that I am sure you could find something you liked from them, and I highly recommend the brand.

I like it, but don't love it. I wish there were more interior pockets, but it's good for longer outings.
I have one of the formula freebies you're talking about and actually really like it for shorter outings. I just throw a couple diapers, wipes, a couple toys, etc. in the big pocket, a bottle in the side, and my wallet and phone in the front!

Thank you Dedi and Kelly for my
I have this one: http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_10104_024W014379860001P?prdNo=1&blockNo=101&blockType=G101
It's got several pockets on the inside, and a front pocket that holds my keys/cell phone. I don't really use the interior pockets, but I can fit at least 5 cloth diapers and 2 changes of clothes in this. I've loved it for when we travel to see family for the day, since it's big.
FYI - I just went to the BRU website to try to find the link to my bag and noticed that they're having a sale on diaper bags right now. I couldn't find my bag on there anymore so it must no longer carry it. You could probably get a better price on bags elsewhere online though. I love ebags.com.
Here is the one we have:
