Anna- Congratulations on the house!!! That is such fantastic news, I know what a struggle it has been to find one you both liked, could afford, and had what you were looking for:)

AFM- Went to the doctor yesterday and she took one look at my throat and prescribed me antibiotics which I am really thankful for. I still spent all of yesterday in bed but was able to sleep some longer stretches since the pain wasn't as intense, DH also brought Theo to daycare this morning so I get to sleep until noon and hopefully keep getting better. I rarely get sick so when I do I always feel so miserable. The pounding headache I have had for 2 days now isn't helping either.

I also posted this in TTC thread but wanted to post here as well. So if you read that thread I posted the same thing.

Well it looks like I may be joining this thread a lot sooner than I thought. We are not TTC but I am going off BCP in April and we are going to just see what happens. DH went on a retreat this weekend and had an enlightment. I went on the same one two weeks ago. I thought after we had a long talk about our marriage last night maybe I should but just thought it was the hormones. I think we will practice FAM but if I get pregnant then it's meant to be. I know my doctors both want me off bcp anyway because of my blood pressure and being over 35. After we're done with #2 then I'll be going back on non hormonal bc or DH will be getting fixed.

So this was a big surprise honestly I didn't think he was going to go for it as every time I try to talk he wants to push it back. That is last time I tried he wanted September at the earliest and was saying early next year and I'm like no way...

Elyse - our girls get up at 6:30 every day. They actually woke up at 7 naturally, but we shifted their time to 6:30 by putting them to bed earlier and waking them consistently (even on weekends- ugh) at 6:30 so we could get all the morning stuff done before heading off to work. Mornings with kids are SO hard!

Ash - what!? In the time between when I asked you the name and now you've told us and nixed it already!? That's not fair! LOL. Rosemarie is beautiful... maybe you'll get that girl. ;)

Anna - congratulations on the house! Very exciting!

Katie - did you say Z cut another 3 teeth?! How many does he have total now? The girls each have their bottom two now and I think Elia might be starting to work on another two.

Mari - ooo, ready to get that baby out, huh?! ;) Glad to hear Fede is doing well with DC. And thanks, I think you're right - we're in for a lot of fun once the girls are toddlers. Even with them just both sitting up now they are so much more interactive and fun. I sit them both up facing each other with a bunch of toys in the middle and they fight over them and grab at each other. It's pretty cute.

AFM - we had such a nice long weekend, I don't want to go back to work tomorrow! We took the girls to the zoo and the day before that I took them down to the beach. They are getting more and more fun. This Friday we have a follow up appt with the phys therapist to make sure Elia is continuing to make the gross motor progress they want from her. She's still behind, but since our last visit has started standing, sitting on her own, and rolling, so I'm guessing that the eval will go well. Maybe another "follow-up" check in another 6 weeks just to make sure progress is continuing. I guess the next things we should be looking for are crawling and pulling up. I can't believe they're getting to that point already!

PHEW!!! I just finished the personals!!! This thread really has a life of its own!!

Erica- I'm sorry Jonah is having trouble with the potty training… But I'm sure it is just a matter of time. Do you think it is possible that in some level he is clinging to the last "baby thing" just because the baby is now Charlotte?
Liz- I still can't believe you are pregnant!! I showed a lot earlier this time than with Fede. And pants were definitely tighter!
Jess- I'm sorry for the ear infection… I hope it is a mild one. And I'm glad Gabby is having so much fun at day care! Oh! And congrats on the great work review!
Grace- Answering two of your questions at once… David is only 14 months, so I wouldn't worry so much about him talking! I think by 14 months Fede only said "mama" and "no"!! And also the baby fever... It is different for everyone and in every circumstance. By the time Fede was 14 months I was only starting to feel the first "itches" of it… In your case I would expect it to take a lot longer… You've just went through a major life change, and in fact… I think it would be a tad weird if you were having baby fever right now!! Let you mind adjust a little first!!!!
Ruby- I'm sorry you and your DH had a fight about TTC… Have you been able to talk again about it?
Cassie- I'm so sorry about the house offer… It is frustrating!!! We've just now found a buyer for our "not-really-dream-lot", but it took months!! I hope something better comes your way! BTW… Did your DH call back?? I would have been so poed too!!!
Kate- Happy birthday Teddy! I'm so happy that he is making progress!!!!
Suzie- I hope you find a job you like and also that you can sell the house soon!!! As I told Cassie, I've been there!
Katie- I'm so happy to hear about the "date"! I wish you all the luck!!!
Emmy- That video is adorable!!!! BTW, I usually type long posts separately (in word or notepad) just because I got tired of losing them!!!
Ash- How are you feeling??(body and mind I mean) I felt a little "down" for a few days in the first trimeter too… I suppose it was when my brain finally processed that we were becoming a family of four, and the big change that meant.
Ella- Congratulations on TTC!!!!!
Andi- OMG!! You will have so much fun with the girls once they become toddlers (I really mean this, no ironies!!)

Elyse- Max is 7.5 months old and sleeps until 7:30 on most days. He goes to bed around 8PM and wakes usually 2x a night.
Halley is 7 years and sleeps until 8ish on weekends, but if the baby cries anytime after 5AM she usually will wake up then. If she wakes up like that early, she sometimes will take a half hour nap or at least have quiet time in the afternoon because she becomes crabby.

Ash- just have to say, I love the name Hector! I do like the English spelling better, but that might just be because that's the way I'm used to seeing it.

Holy cow! 34 posts since Thursday! You ladies have been chatty!

I took Friday off work since my dad was coming up. It was nice, but visitors get Peter all off schedule. He was up at 5:30 Saturday morning ("lights, glasses"--he wanted me to get up too). I went back to bed at 8, and DH brought P to me at 10. Yesterday he finally napped when I wrestled him (literally) in to bed at 4:30, then was up multiple times last night. Ugh.

He brought me a toy elephant yesterday, and kept telling me "baerries." I finally realized it's because I had told him last week the batteries were dead, and he was asking me to replace them. Kid won't say Hey, but will ask for batteries? He cracks me up. He also begged for me to open the fridge for him yesterday, then climbed in, got his yogurt, then opened the silverware drawer. He knows what he wants. ;)

As for waking: He gets up around 5:45 during the week. I would prefer him sleep a little longer, but he's up when I am. Weekends are typically 7am or so. He takes a 3 hour nap on normal days and is in bed around 8. Any earlier, and wake time gets adjusted.
