Christine, I am glad the party was a success. Can't wait to see the pictures! And Cheese cake fillings sounds amazing! Happy Birthday Selin!

Katie, I wondered what was going on with your status. Boo for him being married! As Ash said better now then later.

Ash, I hope that you are feeling better. I feel like it was a good balance. Part of me is proud at the same time I think that some of it was probably sweetened up because we don't want the world thinking we are terrible you know. I hope you are feeling better

Erica, I hope that everything comes out ok at the ortho.

Yes Ella, this is very familiar to me and totally makes sense. Sometimes, Maxim is just a nightmare before supper while I'm prepping it because he's hungry. Also I can always tell when its "time" for meals or snacks based on how his behavior and mood shifts. DH spends the entire time distracting and playing with him but some days, its really bad until dinner. Usually he'll sit in my lap and we throw on some youtube videos of Elmo and Sesame Street and we sing along and that seems to help..he loves the musical numbers :)

Ella, I've never noticed it. But since Teddy is such a terrible eater I've gotten used to prompting him to eat all the time, so there's probably never much of a dip in his blood sugar. Plus (dare I say it) he's very easy going and we don't have tantrums anyway.
Katie, that sucks big time. I hope you won't have to kiss too many frogs before a prince comes along! Bo is also just cutting his 4 front incisors; the two outer ones are out and I expect the inner ones to cut any day. He's not been too grizzly though!
Christine, that cake sounds fab and I'm glad you had a nice party for her! Happy belated birthday, Selin!
Brita, don't worry I can never keep up either ;) How is Novalie?
Erica, sounds like a good appt but I understand why you don't like the downward trend in centiles. Hope your new schedule will fatten her up a bit :) And KUP on the hip click issue.
Jessica - good luck for this cycle and hope you get your BFP soon!
Hi to everyone else, I know I've probably forgotten tons of people!
Thanks for all your birthday wishes - Teddy enjoyed his birthday do much! We're having two parties for him at the weekend, so he more or less gets a birth-week ;) I can't believe he is such a big boy now.
And thanks for the congrats on our new house! The long years of house hunting meant that we could increase our savings quite a bit; and thus start looking for houses in a higher price bracket so we could finally find the perfect house! I'm a bit worried at the moment though - the papers are full of how all banks are making mortgage lending harder now, and insisting all their criteria are met... This (the new tightening in lending) has all happened after we submitted our application so I don't know how much we will be affected by this, if at all. But I still worry! Argh, I just wish the whole buying process was over already!!

Anna, I hope the buying process goes smoothly. Having just gone through it, I know how stressful it is!

Brita, good to hear from you! You do need a new sig, girl :)

Jessica, we got pregnant twice while BFing. By the way, congrats on maintaining the BF relationship this long! That's wonderful.

Ruby, the pre-dinner period is our worst time as well. Dancing with Elmo sounds fun and cute!

AFM: Looks like the sickies found us. Fletcher complained of a stomache ache all day yesterday, but nothing more. Unfortunately, Jonah seems to have caught the brunt of it, and now I'm up super early worrying about them. Praying no one else gets it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Erica, I am glad the doctor's appointment went well, hope there is nothing wrong with her hips. I hope no one else catches the sickies.

Jessica: Like Erica, I also got pregnant nursing twice, and one of those times I was nursing 2. So hopefully it will work out for you.

Ella: Desmond has low blood sugar and grumpy issues, I haven't noticed them as much with Eloise though. That being said, Desmond is now old enough to get his own snack, so it makes life so much easier, when he get hungry he just goes and grabs a couple of pieces of cheese or a piece of fruit. There are times though that I need to hand him something to eat even now.

Brita, nice to hear from you, and I know the feeling about needing a new sig. Mine is from July, I should probably update it soon as well.

Hi everyone else.

As for us: We have a new fridge, I love it. It feels so much bigger then the old one. We went to Costco yesterday and bought a bunch of food so it doesn't look quite as empty anymore. We still need to go to the grocery store to buy condiments and other things because we decided to just trash all the old condiments and buy new, we figured it made sure all the ancient things in the fridge got removed that way.

Desmond also had his yearly IEP meeting yesterday, it went great. He is going to do speech twice a week starting next week and they are going to have the OT therapist do a quick evaluation of him to see if she thinks he needs services (I am pretty sure he does), which is great, though it will be a pain to take him to the school 3 days a week if he ends up in services for OT as well. Mainly just keeping Eloise and Sully entertained during that time, being the pain part.

Sully is still at that almost walking stage, he is still taking 3 to 5 steps at a time, but hasn't crossed over to the walking most of the time stage. It should happen soon though.

Nothing really new with Eloise either, she is a hoot though, I love listening to her, 3 years olds are so much fun. Speaking of which I can't believe she will be 3 in 3 weeks!

Otherwise not much going on here, it has been a busy but quiet week which is nice.

Thank you for the sig Mary

Ella: DS1 has always been sensitive to low blood sugar, even now at 8; we need to make sure he's eating on time and having snacks, otherwise forget it; he's a monster.

Katie: What a total creep. But I'm glad you fond out sooner rather than later.

Happy 3rd Birthday Selin and Teddy!!!
