Since Peter is too young to really know what's going on, we're keeping it simple this year. DH and I are each picking out a small gift for him, and it'll be a surprise for each other. LOL
I got the Plan Toys Shape Sorter Train. I know it'll be a bit before he plays with it, but I really love timeless wooden toys. Our local natural baby store sales a ton of different stuff. He may get the banjo for his birthday!
Santa is more than likely bringing a new swing. Ours is an old-school totally upright one from my aunt. She used it with both of her kids. Daycare just got a new cradle swing, and he actually naps in it. Since it holds up to 25 lbs, I figure he'll be able to use it for awhile. If we decide against that, he'll get a playmat with attached toys. The cats keep stealing all the loose ones.
I had a hard time deciding between the Skwish and the Winkel. I ended up choosing the Skwish because of the balls that rotate and fall/collide/make noise when it collapses. I think he'll enjoy it :) I really love the classic toys like stackers...just so simple, doesnt require batteries and not noisy :) I love those stick horses you are getting for Des and Eloise...I'm sure they'll love them :D
Hanukkah started tonight so we have all those gifts for the small ones.
Thank you for the sig Mary
All those toys are really cute Sarah!
James is too young to have any clue, but I did pick him up a couple little things with my BRU registry completion discount.

The biggest purchase we made was his next car seat, the Graco MyRide 65.
His stocking has 4 pairs of BabyLegs and two Aden and Anais Issies
His other bag of gifts has a Tigger and the penguin from Madagascar.
Adrienne, both mine still like the Oball, and it makes a great bath toy too.
Thank you for the sig Mary
