Okay I know I will forget a lot of people here...!

Anna - Teddy is so sweet, those stories about him taking care of his little brother and kissing him are just so touching! And I'm glad nursing is going better this time around for you.

Christine - That totally sucks about the job :( I'm so sorry. Hang in there. And what a PITA to have to go through your whole house and bleach everything. You just can't catch a break lately!!!

Natalie - I've noticed on fb that you guys have been traveling lately, what fun! Have you felt okay? No m/s?

Erica - I'm sending lots of extra milky vibes your way. Sorry you find yourself having to supplement right now, but you sound like you are confident in the process (even though using the SNS is a pain - we had to use that with Eliza while we were in the hospital trying to get her billi levels to decrease, before my milk had come in) and know that it won't likely affect the long-term BFing relationship you and Charlotte will have. Still, I wish it could have gone differently this time around. :(

Sarah - Time away with just your DH sounds amazing!! How old will Sully be when you go to see Wicked? Will he take BM from a bottle?? I imagine he must, obviously! ;)

AFM - We are leaving tomorrow for 9 days on vacation. I'm looking forward to it, but also sort of dreading it. It's just the usual family-in-close-quarters stuff... and not everyone gets along 100% in my extended fam, so yeah, there could be some awkwardness and uneasiness (of course, we are all too midwestern to actually SAY anything to each other about any of it). I guess it's inevitable, though, when you put that many family members together for a week! Haha. So anyway, I will probably be MIA for the next 10 days (I have trouble reading IV from my iPod touch... :( But I will be on fb I think). Hope everyone has a good week!

Lots of prayers coming your way, Erica. I know how hard it is to supplement, and how even when you know it's for the best, it still sucks. If you're interested in domperidone but can't get an RX, let me know. It's bought me a few more ounces, though I'm still short a couple a day.

Name: Grace

DH/SO/PS: DH, Dylan

Kiddos: James, 25 months, David 6 months

Fur Pets: none

General Location: Colorado

Tell us something each kid is up to: James is obsessed with balls; Baseball especially, but soccer and basketball too. He pretty much kicks balls, hits balls, throws balls, and "run, run, run"'s about 90 percent of his playtime! He also talks and talks and talks. He more or less walks around and narrarates my day. I can't believe how well he remembers and discusses things. We went to a baseball game 3 weeks ago and he still talks about it all the time. We're going to a bluegrass festival tomorrow, and that's his favorite thing to talk about today. "Mommy, are we going to a bluegrass festival today?" "no James, it's tomorrow." "Oh, yeah, can I bring my guitar? Are Conga (gramdma) and Poppy (grandpa) going to be there? Will I have a have a special bed?" And so on and so on... It's pretty fun. He also kind of stutters when he gets excited about things, which I'm hoping he'll grow out of with time, but is really cute right now, he just can't get the words out fast enough!

David is doing great too, I thought he would be crawling by now when he started pivoting and scooching around a month ago, but he's seemed to have stalled out there. He can move fairly far, but it's somewhat unintentional, and he spends a lot of time frustrated with his inability to get where he wants to go. Hopefully he'll figure it out soon! We also started solids this month, but we're going pretty slow with them. I think I might do more baby led weaning with him since he's not that great with a spoon, and is obsessed with whatever we're eating, but I'm rarely feeling ambitiuos enough to deal with the mess of BLW...

What are you looking forward to this summer? I'm hoping DH will have a good interview type meeting thing with the lab in Germany, and we'll make a decision about where we're going next. So that I can start planning for the next phase of our lives. I think I have a little senioritis or something (though I'm neither a student nor a senior). I'm ready to move on from here.

Natalie - Hope all checks out ok with Amos Jr's speech. Our niece barely said more than a few words until she was after 2 yo and as far as I know, her ped said nothing was wrong with her.

Sarah - Glad you guys are having a good trip. Btw, been meaning to ask what your career was before you became a SAHM?

Erica - Sending you lots and lots of prayers and milky vibes! Hope you'll get over this hump soon and be able to do away with the SNS. (((HUGS))) Oh and when are you moving to FL?

Anna - Your stories about Teddy are just adorable as always! He sounds like such a proper little lad. ;-)

Ella - GL and have fun on your vacation! We'll miss you!

Cheryl - How is life with two babies? Are you able to get anything done? How do you put them both down for naps? Just curious!!

Grace - James sounds so adorable! I have a feeling Selin is going to be the same way when she turns two. She is talking more and more every day.

Andi - Sounds like the girls are just thriving! More pics, more pics!! When do you have to go back to work?

AFM - I was able to find a pediatric infectious diseases doc (god, I hate that term) but it wasn't easy. Their first opening isn't until the 27th and Selin will probably be all cleared up by then, but I want to get their opinion anyway. I'm just praying they don't tell me there's anything seriously wrong with her immune system. Tomorrow is her f/u appt at the ped. Her spots seemed to have dried up a bit but still look red.

On a positive note, Selin started saying 'thank you' today! She said it when I handed her something and she's been saying it when she hands stuff to us. So cute! She also says 'no no' all the time - to me, DH, the cat, anything. Today she was standing in front if the cat's food and water area (where I frequently tell her not to be, haha) shaking her finger and saying 'no no' over and over. She is becoming harder and harder to contain to a single room at home as she can pretty much break through any barricade we setup. We don't have permanent baby gates but might have to invest in some. ;-)
