Selin is babbling/talking up a storm lately. Yesterday she said 'NO' clear as a bell so that's going to be a fun transition into the terrible twos (which we're getting a glimpse of already). Some other new words are cheese, my, baby, and pee pee, lol. She's also mastering how to walk down steps by herself. It is becoming hard to keep her contained because she seems to find a way out of anywhere!

We're still in Montreal and my family is just amazed at how well she feeds herself (thanks BLW!) and how clever she is. She is getting exposed to a lot of French here and it would be fantastic if she became trilingual (English, Turkish, French) but we're not pushing it. If she could at least understand the foreign languages, we'll be pleased.

What are you looking forward to this summer?

DH/SO/PS* DH- Nick

Kiddos William Charles- 20 months

Fur Pets Fenway (dog)- 12 weeks

General Location New England

Tell us something each kid is up to.

Everything....William is in total mimic phase. He hears something once and then repeats it so clear. It amazes me every day the things he comes up with to say. He tells our puppy to stay, sit, down and come so the other day he looked at me (just like he does the dog) and said "Mama, come" since he wanted to play. I get such a kick out of him.

What are you looking forward to this summer?

Not going back to teaching in August. I LOVE teaching, but was so burnt out from the district I was in, that I have given up teaching. I will be coaching gymnastics full time so I am still in a sense teaching. At least these kids want to be there and their parents are appreciative to the work I put in to working with them.

Welcome back Elyse! Hooray for being a PT SAHM! I find that is the arrangement I am happy with but for now, I have to work FT. I am in the opposite position as you - I'm trying to find a teaching job!

Looking forward to some pics of William. :-)
