Sandy - You had asked about nap advice. Since I took the advice about not letting Selin sleep in late on the weekends (no later than 6:45/7:00ish) she has been napping at home pretty consistenly. I also notice if I put her down a little later, closer to 2pm than 1pm, she naps a little better. At the sitter, she usually goes down around 1/1:30pm. Today she napped for almost two hours, something she hasn't done in a LONG time, but she was up at 6am and my parents were over today so I think she was just extra tired.

Carly - You can name your kid whatever you want! LOL I love foreign names as well, obviously as Selin's name is Turkish after my DH's heritage. I have an Irish family at my school and their kids' names are Mairead (girl, pronounced "ma-raid") and Tadhg (boy, pronounced "ty-gh"). Took me awhile to pronounce them correctly.

Wow! Congrats to all the preggos!

Adrienne- So good to see you back here. I hadn't read your announcement yet, and got an email with your post on the night-weaning thread and was so confused. Anyway, yay! Hope you're around more often now.

Sarah- I feel exactly the way you do. Sooo happy for everyone finding out they're pregnant, and happy for me to not be pregnant. It's really like one of the last things I want right now. Which is weird, because I always thought I would want more than 2. Maybe it's just the stress of the recent move and loss of our support structure, and I'll get more baby fever when David gets out of the baby stage, who knows... I'm totally jealous of Sully's talking I think David could say things, but refuses out of stubbornness or something. He's a pretty headstrong little boy, and the lack of good communication leads to so many tantrums.

I am doing such a bad job of keeping up with the board since we're moved over here. I used to check it quite often and read every post as they would come, but now every day when I wake up there are tons of new posts, and then nothing all day while I'm awake, so I'm having a hard time keeping up with it. I still try to read everything, but after reading tons of posts, I don't usually have time to reply.

Anyway, we're adjusting to being in Germany little by little, the kids are doing well, they both have new teeth, David's still terrible at sleeping, we've all been sick, we're slowly making new friends. I can't wait for spring, I'm jealous of you all having daylight savings this week. No promises, but I will try to do a better job keeping up with the board!

We're thinking about TTC later this year -winterish, as we really don't want another winter birthday... I feel Sarah's pain in regards to the birthday marathon, especially with Ray's being after Christmas. We'd also like another one before Teddy is out of the baby stage. Don't get me wrong, I love the age gap between Ray and Teddy - but it's hard sometimes with the 8 year old frame of mind one minute and the baby frame of mind the next.

Grace: I'm glad all is going well overall with adjusting, sorry about all the sickness... I love reading your blog.

Cassie: I hope you and DH are under one roof sooner rather that later... wishing you all the best in what you need to do to get there.

AFM - I'm on CD30 now... blah!!! I really thought AF would have been here already, my last 2 cycles were 26 days like clockwork (after 5 very irregular cycles)... I had wicked cramping on CD25 and 26 and now nothing...it's almost like AF came without the F. I was suppose to start back on the mini-pill when AF came this time... so I really want her to get here. Blah!!! Suppose I'll call my DR in a few days if nothing happens.
