Sandy, I have some of those issues. Leaking and such. I know its normal. Its not to terrible bad unless I have something like a hard couch or sneeze. Its still annoying though. I like Christine forget to do kegels.

Sandy- Not me. but my mom started with those same issues after my youngest sister was born. It's not a magical solution, but Kegels help a little.

Sandy,

I have had the same bladder issues but strangely enough, they didn't start until several months after Selin was born and they seem to come and go.

I brought it up with my MW at my annual exam this summer and she said it is normal but that I could be put on meds for it if I was really concerned. I opted to skip the meds and just try to do Kegels regularly, which I always forget.

I also have to wear a pantiliner at all times now. I usually buy generic when I can but I find that Always makes a good wide and absorbent liner.

I hope everyone has a happy halloween. We're not going out tonight but we will be passing out candy. Here is a funny story from yesterday. We went to trunk or treat at church. David was Thomas the train in case anyone was wondering. Anyway...he did not want to do trunk or treat. He freaked out. He finally went with daddy for a little while. But, he had hte most fun handing out candy to the other kids. It's fine by me since we don't need the extra candy and the stuff he got yesterday we're handing out tonight. We might keep a little for my husband and I but otherwise we'll just give it away. He's still too young for it at this point. What is everyone else doing?

Also...a little TMI here but anyone have bladder issues that had a vaginal birth? I had issues after I had David and they cleared up and now I'm having them again. I feel like I am "dripping" and sometimes I think I have to go and nothing happens. My OB said it is normal and she said I can go to a urologist if I feel it's necessary but she said it can happen as it puts strain on your bladder muscles. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced it. It's more of a pain than anything but
